By using UptimeChecks.app, you agree to the following terms. These terms may be updated as the product evolves.

Service description

UptimeChecks.app is an uptime monitoring service that checks public HTTP(S) endpoints and sends alerts via Slack. The service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Starter, and Pro plans.

Appropriate use

• Only monitor endpoints you are authorized to test.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or attack the platform.
• Do not use the service in ways that violate applicable law.
• Do not circumvent plan limits or billing mechanisms.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable monitoring but do not guarantee 100% uptime of the service itself. We may update, suspend, or modify features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through Stripe's customer portal. Upon cancellation, your workspace reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store only the data necessary to provide the monitoring service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. UptimeChecks.app is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, missed alerts, or data loss. You are responsible for evaluating whether the service is suitable for your use case.
